Transylvania
A community for transgender people to socialize, help each other in their transition, and obtain medical care. Server tags are also provided. Link: discord.gg/transgender
About
Transylvania is a discord server centered around the trans community. We aim to be a positive space that assists people during their transitions.
As trans people are a vulnerable population, we require everyone joining to fill out a short form to make sure they fit the conditions for membership. If you do not want to do this, this is fine by us, you can use other things of our server such as our tag and emojis.
Please note, Transylvania is a space for people with gender dysphoria. If you do not experience gender dysphoria, your application may be denied.
